Amstelcampus
The Amstelcampus consists of ten buildings, seven buildings of The University of Amsterdam and three buildings of student housing corporation De Key, of which two already have already been completed. Housing a total of 275 students. There is also commercial space for startups, restaurants and sport facilities.
In total 24,000 students and teachers walk around the Amstelcampus every day and all of the units are independent one-room apartments ranging from 21m2 – 45m2. In addition to the 275 on campus rooms, De Key also manages 550 student houses within the vicinity.
Villa Mokum
Villa Mokum is situated in the district Amstelkwartier with 627 homes for students and so called starter homes. The functional apartments are divided into 4 blocks, and vary between 28 and 43 m2. Each apartment has its own kitchen and bathroom. For the residents there are also shared outdoor spaces and a courtyard garden where they can meet. Furthermore, there is an underground parking garage and a bicycle parking for the residents. Tram, metro and train are within walking distance and the city centre of Amsterdam is only a 15 minute bike ride away.
ACTA
In the ACTA building, the old faculty of dentistry from the University, were 460 student houses established in 2010, by the organization Tijdelijk Wonen Amsterdam (TWA). The owner of the building, De Alliantie, decided to transform the building with the help of the future tenants to student housing. In exchange for their work, the future tenants received 10% rent discount for as long as they rent their room.
Still the slogan "for students, by students" is kept in honor, by letting a team of students manage the building, under the supervision of Socius, who took over the project TWA in 2010.

Hotel Jansen
Hotel Jansen is a new, all-inclusive Short Stay hotel in Amsterdam. We accommodate students, graduates, interns and young professionals from all over the world, as well as their friends and family. Be it for a day, a week or for 6 months; we are dedicated to making Hotel Jansen the place where they would love to stay. We strive to create an authentic home away from home with 166 uniquely designed rooms, 5 clubrooms and a fantastic restaurant Mama’s Kitchen. Finch
Finch Buildings makes healthy, sustainable real estate that is as flexible as Lego. We build massive-timber modular buildings, which can be adapted to surroundings and circumstances. From student housing to hotels and from care to holiday homes, the modular system enables us to construct different kinds of buildings all based on one particular circular module. The tree main unique selling points are: extreme sustainability, un-compromised health for its users and endless flexibility. We are producing our first modules and are ready to scale up production. Our prototype is located in the Valley of the Delta Development Group – the circular hotspot in Schiphol Trade Park – an innovative and sustainable area.
